I'm fundraising for Ronald McDonald House

We were taken by surprise last year having to spend two weeks in Hospital with our 2 year old. The support we were immediately offered was incredible at a time when your first priority isn't dinner or a bed. 2 weeks is nothing compared to what some experience.

When a child is injured, or diagnosed with a serious illness, it affects the whole family. Lives can be turned upside down, and it puts families under enormous pressure. For many families, it can feel like it’s impossible to hold it together.

That’s why I’m joining Ronald McDonald House Central West NSW 'Run for Sick Kids 2026'.

I’ll be working hard to raise money that will help families stay in a 'home-away-from-home', access emotional and financial support, and more. From day one in the hospital and for as long as it takes, your help ensures that families don’t have to navigate the challenges of illness or injury alone.

The average cost of a 1 night stay at Ronald McDonald House Central West is $190.
